Rajveer Stainless is busy in manufacturing the highest quality of sheet and plate as per the standards of international importance. We supply and export the Stainless Steel 321/321H Sheet Plate to our worldwide customers on their demand and as per the requirements. SS 321 sheet and plate, also known as UNS S32100, is an austenitic stainless steel plate that is titanium stabilized. They are having good resistance towards attack from the general corrosion. Their excellent resistance is seen against the intergranular corrosion which is caused after exposing of sheet and plate to a temperature range of 800-1500 degrees Fahrenheit. At the temperature range of 427-816 degrees Celsius, chromium carbide precipitation occurs but our sheet and plate are resistant towards the precipitation.
The UNS S32109 or Stainless steel 321H is a bit advanced from the SS 321 is because of its excellent resistance. This resistance is shown against intergranular corrosion. The chromium carbide precipitation to this sheet and plates is not possible due to their resistant property. The chequered plates, hot rolled, and cold rolled sheets and plates are our specialties. All these have high strength, creep rupture strength, SCC resistance, tensile strength, and more. The steel is good for using at higher temperature therefore our sheets and plates are also suitable for high-temperature services. In addition to this, they have high mechanical properties as well.
Furthermore, their sensitization property is also commendable due to which our SS 321/321H Sheets and Plates is highly popular. Their rupture property is seen at 816 degrees C or 1500 degree F. at this, sheet and plate don’t undergo oxidation because of their resistance to oxidation property. However, they cannot be heat treated but cold working is possible. As a result, they are welded and processed by performing standard fabrication practices. At temperature above 537 degrees C or 1000 degree F, the steel sheet and plate show higher strength. And to check their strength and resistant ability, we perform tests like hardness, chemical analysis, positive material identification, IGC, and more tests. We pack them using good materials too.
